Cozy spot with friendly staff

We stayed for 5 nights and loved the access to I-96. The lobby felt welcoming and tidy. However, the bedskirt in our room was super dirty—which was a bummer. Staff were great and they really helped out. Don't miss the breakfast. it had some awesome options!

I had a fantastic stay! The bathroom design was super spacious, perfect for my cosmetics. The bed was a dream to sleep on, and the breakfast spread was quite impressive too. However, the overall decor was quite outdated compared to the pictures online.

Friendly staff and comfy beds, but wi-fi connection was spotty during my stay.

The heater in the pool was in hiding or maybe took a vacation! And let's not talk about my surprise taxes—what a laugh!

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, the fitness center was well-equipped and the room was very clean, making it a great place to rest after exploring the city.

I found the decor at Hampton Inn Muskegon warm and welcoming, with a lovely lobby and common areas that were easily accessible for seniors. The staff were attentive and always willing to assist with any needs.

More seating in breakfast area would be helpful.

The room had alarm clock, ironing facilities, radio, and shower. We enjoyed tea/coffee maker and telephone. The indoor swimming pool was warm and clean. Fitness centre included a hot tub that looked inviting. Breakfast had fresh pastries and a lot of choices. The staff was always ready to help us out when needed.

My family holiday here was amazing! The staff exceeded my expectations, always friendly and ready to help. The breakfast was delicious and the pool area was fun and clean.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was pretty comfy, and I really liked the spacious bathroom. The counter wrapping around the mirror was a nice touch—made getting ready easier. The beds were soft, and everything felt clean and fresh. Just a bit humid at night, but not a dealbreaker. Would've loved a fan in the bathroom, though!

Unfortunately, the breakfast situation could use some serious improvement. the selection lacked variety, and specific items like turkey sausage felt borderline inedible. The shower area in my room presented a real safety hazard with an uneven floor that left me on high alert while getting cleaned up. Air conditioning was also a hassle. every time I returned to the room, the thermostat seemed to be set much too high. Additionally, there were complaints about dirty sheets on the sleeper sofa that took way too long to remedy, and I had to deal with concerns over the cleanliness of the facilities overall. To top it off, I really had issues with remote control availability for the TV—something you’d think is standard in any hotel.

The Hampton Inn Muskegon offered a cozy room with a great sofa bed, perfect for our family. We enjoyed the clean pool area and the breakfast had a nice variety that made our mornings better. The location was convenient for exploring the nearby parks and lakes.

The hot tub was out of order during our stay.
